OZARK CUB SCOUT PACK 1890

   Meeting Called to order at 7:08 p.m.

   Members Present: Scott Pope, Cindy Pope, Michelle Smith, Mike Collins, Amy Spray, John Pickle

• Motion 1: Take last years left over popcorn and open up the boxes of the Butter Light Microwave Popcorn and include individual packages in the community thank you gifts/Christmas Cards. Motion: Scott Second: Michelle  Approved/All
• Motion 2: Use a crate filing system to convey information to parents on Tuesday evenings. Motion: Cindy    Second: Michelle  Approved/All
• Motion 3: Hold candy bar sales for a period of time to assist with den due throughout the year. The period of time would likely be a month but is not confined to such a time. Motion: Mike     Second: Scott  Approved/All
• Motion 4: Cindy and Kendall have shopped banks and recommended we change our account from Bank Midwest to Liberty in Ozark. This will be a savings and checking account with the primary signers being: Mike Collins, Amy Spray, Cindy Pope, and Kendall Yost     Motion: Cindy   Second: Mike   Approved/All
• Motion 5: The committee discussed placing a cap on awards if the scout does not assist in any fundraising. The awards would then be the responsibility of the parent.    Motion: Michelle   Second: Scott   Approved/All
• Motion 6: Discussion to require all scouts to participate in popcorn sales.  Motion: Scott  Second: Cindy  Approved/All
• Motion 7: If a scout refuses to sell popcorn or participate in storefront sales, the committee will offer the family a $100 buyout plus the cost of chartering fees for their scout.    Motion: Scott    Second: Mike    Approved/All
• Motion 8: Following the handover in February, we would have co-chairpersons. It was suggested they be Robin Yost and Janet Pickle. It was further suggested that Amy Spray take over as treasurer. Motion: Mike     Second: Michelle    Approved/All
