About Us

Cub Scout Pack 1890 is chartered by Ozark Church of the Nazarene and is affiliated with the Pathfinder District, Ozark Trails Council, BSA; We have 21 boys, ages 6 to 10,
and 16 leaders in our pack. We meet Tuesday evenings at 6:30 PM.

Announcements

Scouting for Food is Mar. 7. Scouts will go out into Ozark neighborhoods to collect food for the Ozark Church of the Nazarene's Emergency Food Pantry. Dens will meet in their assigned neighborhoods at 10 AM and will report back to the church at 12 Noon. Food will be weighed in to determine the den with the most food per scout. A ribbon will be presented to the winning den for their flag. The church is providing a hot dog lunch to all our scouts following Scouting for Food.

Storefront Candy Bar Sales are scheduled for Sat., Mar. 14 at Lowe's and Price Cutter Plus. Your son can earn money for camp at this event. Be sure to sign-up!

Resident Camp deposits are due Tues., Mar. 10. Cub Resident Camp is $95/scout, $55/adult if paid before May 8th. Webelos Resident Camp is $135/scout, $65/adult if paid before May 8th. Cub Resident Camp deposits of $35/scout, $25/adult are due Mar. 10th with subsequent payments of $30/scout, $25/adult due in April and May. Webelos Resident Camp deposits of $45/scout, $25/adult are due Mar. 10th, and again in April and May. A minimum of 2 adults must accompany scouts at each session. Units with at least 5 scouts camping at a session will be allowed one leader for free. Packs which complete registration forms and pay completely by May 8th receive free t-shirts for leaders and scouts listed on their camp roster at that time. All scouts must have a Class 1 & 2 medical form (requires a physical) to attend. Class 1 & 2 medical forms are also required for leaders. If a leader is 40 years old or older, a Class 3 medical form is required.
